i enjoyed my stay thoroughly. the staff was helpful with directions. the room had modern amenities, like a smart tv and high-speed internet. the location was a plus, providing easy access to local attractions.
the gym was slightly crowded during peak hours (around 6 pm).

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses. i found the coffee to be strong and flavorful. several restaurants are on-site (which is quite convenient).

amazing staff lovely food fine view dusty shelves blocked drain poor location
the staff were amazing. food were lovely in the restaurant. bar had fine views coupled with a very lush spa and pool. i really loved the stay i had.
my room were not clean to my standards. i notice dust on the shelves. the drain in the shower was blocked and water was overflowing. we didn't like the east wing and would have preferred to be in the main building.

Fantastic Stay!
valet service train station convenient area
The hotel had valet service for the car. Its location is next to the train station. This takes you directly to the banhof street. The outside setting area is super convenient for families. I found the hotel facilities amazing.
The room was hot! The AC did not cool properly and the airflow was poor.
