i enjoyed my stay thoroughly. the staff was helpful with directions. the room had modern amenities, like a smart tv and high-speed internet. the location was a plus, providing easy access to local attractions.
the gym was slightly crowded during peak hours (around 6 pm).

I stayed for several nights and felt misled. my room did not match what i booked, and i was disappointed, it lacked the sofa and dining table pictured. the check-in felt dismissive. I didn't get information about parking or nearby locations. the room also had a bag of rubbish in front of it, not the five-star welcome i expected.

the staff were amazing. food were lovely in the restaurant. bar had fine views coupled with a very lush spa and pool. i really loved the stay i had.
my room were not clean to my standards. i notice dust on the shelves. the drain in the shower was blocked and water was overflowing. we didn't like the east wing and would have preferred to be in the main building.

The hotel had valet service for the car. Its location is next to the train station. This takes you directly to the banhof street. The outside setting area is super convenient for families. I found the hotel facilities amazing.
The room was hot! The AC did not cool properly and the airflow was poor.
